Virtual Leadership Development Workshop
Leveraging the results of the Workplace Experience Survey, your Flourish Positive Change Agent will guide your key leaders through a live, virtual leadership development workshop. Current, future, or developing leaders are welcome to attend! We’ll explore the survey results and learn about the 16 key positive leadership behaviors the research shows make a positive difference in veterinary teams. They’ll also learn about tangible actions leaders can take to build a positive work culture. Finally, with the guidance and support of your Flourish Positive Change Agent, they’ll craft a custom 30-day Positive Leadership Action Challenge to elevate the workplace experience in your unique practice.
Limited Monthly Leadership Coaching
Positive change comes at a steady pace repeated over time. To help pace you, your Flourish Positive Change Agent will schedule monthly town-hall style support sessions with your key leaders. During these virtual sessions we’ll check in on the progress of the 30-day Positive Leadership Action Challenge, explore ways to make things even better in your unique practice, answer questions, provide advice and guidance, and coach your key leaders to become the positive leaders they can be. The Nurture package includes two, 90-minute virtual town hall sessions.
