Kelly Coffin

Hi! I’m Kelly. I first discovered my passion for supporting veterinary teams after moving to Colorado in 2016 and working with a wonderful team at a canine rehab and conditioning facility. Originally from Long Island, NY, I began my career in the academic world, and now I focus on helping veterinary teams work efficiently, stay organized behind the scenes, and have the structure and playfulness they need to do their best work.

I approach administrative work like I would my garden—paying attention to details, optimizing resources, and creating a space where people can focus and be themselves. Bringing structure and guidance while keeping things approachable is at the heart of what I do.

I now live in New Hampshire with my partner, Chris, who shares my love of the great outdoors and a bit of peace and quiet! When I'm not cutting kindling or experimenting in the kitchen, you’ll probably find me in my art studio—or pinned under one of our two cats, because once they decide you’re their spot, there’s no moving!
