Introduction to Veterinary Resilience
To build resilience within yourself and support the resilience of those around you so that we can continue to do the job that we love.
Program Description
This on-demand program will introduce participants to the basic concepts of applied veterinary resilience. Through concise, small-bite modules, students will gain a foundational understanding of how our brains manage adversity and discover practical tools for turning challenges into opportunities for growth. This awareness can create behaviors that empower veterinary professionals to create a supportive work environment, encourage one another, encourage engagement in the profession, and promote overall flourishing. Students will learn evidence-based resilience concepts and some simple tools to apply skills and knowledge “in the real world”. This 7-module program is self-paced and includes brief quizzes to assess student learning.
If you are interested in a more intensive exploration of veterinary resilience, consider enrolling in the next iteration of the Veterinary Resilience Masterclass!
